Since our products are food items, returns are generally not accepted. However, we provide refunds or replacements under certain conditions.

Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of non-vegetarian pickles, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

You may request a refund or replacement if:

You receive a damaged or leaking product.
You receive the wrong product.
The product is defective or spoiled upon delivery.

Reporting an Issue

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

Clear photos of the product and packaging
A brief description of the issue

Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Replacement Process

In eligible cases, we may send a replacement product at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

Change of mind after delivery
Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
Delays caused by courier partners
Minor variations in taste, texture, or appearance due to the handmade nature of the product

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
